Home Humanoid Protection
Available through: your robot maker, at checkout or in your subscription
Coverage
A humanoid in a home meets stairs, pets, children and guests, none of which a warranty or a homeowner's policy was written to price. The maker offers the cover and the buyer is protected from the day the robot arrives.
| Coverage | What it covers | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Breakdown | Mechanical, electrical and software failure of the robot after the maker's warranty. | First party |
| Accidental damage | Falls, drops, collisions and liquid damage to the robot itself. | First party |
| Liability in the home | Injury to visitors and damage to other people's property caused by the robot. | Third party |
| Theft | Loss of the robot to theft. Optional, chosen at purchase. | First party |
Indicative cover for a line in development, not a schedule of insurance and not an offer to quote. Agreement names, triggers, sublimits and exclusions are subject to the filed wording, and the wording governs in every respect.
